The State Library commemorates the 250th anniversary of the American Revolutionary War through a photography exhibit titled “Revolutionary South Carolina: A Photographic Journey by Marie and Eddie Goff”. The exhibit is a collection of photographs highlighting historic places that shaped South Carolina during the American Revolutionary War. Seen through the lens of Marie and Eddie Goff, their photographs bring South Carolina's historic grounds to life, capturing both the quiet beauty and lasting significance of the places where history unfolded.
Retired Brigadier General and Colonel, respectively, the Goffs have dedicated their post-military years to exploration and storytelling through photography. Their work reflects not only a passion for travel but also a profound respect for the legacy of those who shaped the nation.
