New Electronic Books Available

The State Library now offers two collections of electronic books for state employees to search, browse, and read online.  Safari Tech Online contains the full text of 1,448 titles in the field of computer technology, all published within the last three years. O'Reilly, Microsoft Press, Sams, and Que are some of the publishers included.  Safari Business Books Online includes 313 titles related to business and management.  Some publishers included are AMACOM, ASTD, Wharton School Publishers, and FT Press.

To access these electronic books from your state agency computer click here.  From your home computer, click here and then enter your State Library card number.  Links are also available on our Online Resources web page.

If you aren't able to access the site on your first try, please keep trying.  We have a limit on the number of simultaneous users, so you may need to wait for someone else to logout.
