New December 2023 Electronic State Documents

South Carolina state agencies complete comprehensive self-assessments as part of state-required accountability and reporting mandates. These annual State Agency Accountability Reports, prepared for the Governor and General Assembly, provide an overview and snapshot of each agency’s performance. Each report includes the agency organizational chart, strategic plan results, budget data, prospective goals, strategies, and objectives. Performance measures show the degree to which objectives are being met.

Notable State Documents Awards Ceremony


The South Carolina State Library will host an in-person ceremony for the winners of the 2023 Notable State Documents Awards Program. We are located at 1500 Senate Street, Columbia, SC, 29201. Awardees and other state government staff members are invited to register to attend the ceremony. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email stating the date and time of the event.
