Every January, National Hobby Month inspires thousands of Americans to celebrate their cherished pastimes and explore new interests. Whether it’s outdoor adventures like hiking and biking or creative endeavors like painting and cooking, hobbies bring joy to many.

In honor of National Hobby Month, come learn a little about bird watching and see the State Library’s rare copy of Mark Catesby’s Natural History of Carolina, Florida, and the Bahama islands. This display will be up through the end of the month.
