In addition to her role as first lady, which includes hosting events for the university throughout the year, health is her top priority. Her most recent work, At Home in the Heart of the Horseshoe, is a fascinating look at the University of South Carolina’s President’s House, a historic landmark in the center of the university’s original campus.
