Debbie is the manager of the library's Walker Local and Family History Center in Columbia, South Carolina. The South Carolina State Library will host an in-person ceremony for the winners of the 2023 Notable State Documents Awards Program. We are located at 1500 Senate Street, Columbia, SC, 29201. Awardees and other state government staff members are invited to register to attend the ceremony. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email stating the date and time of the event.
