This individual will teach four Library Science courses each term in a fully online format, and serve in an additional, value-added capacity to the department through recruitment and retention initiatives, advising, curriculum development and improvement, and accreditation/assessment efforts. Regular in-person presence on campus to contribute to the needs of the program, department, college, and university will be required. Must engage/interact with online students at least weekly.
Requires a Masters in Library Science and experience teaching courses online and/or at the graduate level. Qualifying degrees must be conferred and received from appropriately accredited institutions. Candidates with a doctoral degree, school library licensure, and/or public library certification are preferred.
