The South Carolina Digital State Documents Depository provides access to state agencies' publications. These publications provide citizens with crucial information about state government, including statistics, annual accountability reports, and data on a wide variety of topics related to the state. The October 2020 list of new South Carolina State Documents is now available.

This month we highlight the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources' Jocassee Journal. If you're interested in South Carolina's great outdoors, then you'll enjoy this publication. The Jocassee Gorges includes more than 50,000 acres of lush, protected forestlands and is one of the highest concentrations of waterfalls in the eastern US. This upstate area offers a one-of-a-kind outdoor experience in South Carolina, and the Jocassee Journal explores the many facets of this ample outdoor space.
