The South Carolina State Library is pleased to welcome two 2013 fall semester interns.
Anitra Hall (above) is a senior at USC's School of Journalism working on a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. Anitra is working within the State Library's Communications department on various aspects of public relations such as writing press releases, promoting literary events, website maintenance and promotion through YouTube.
Mandy Hawkins (below) is a senior at USC's School of Library and Information Science working on a Bachelor of Science in Information Science. Mandy is working within the Communications department to develop a Pinterest marketing plan. She is also working within the Information Technology department providing PC maintenance as it relates to library-specific programs.
