The South Carolina State Library invites you to download our Rare Book Collection Coloring Book! Like many other special collections libraries across the world, the SCSL is getting ready to participate in the New York Academy of Medicine’s Color Our Collections event February 5-9, 2018. We invite the public to download our coloring book, unleash your artistic talent and then share the completed pictures on social media using the hashtag #colorourcollections. In this PDF document, you’ll find a sampling of images from volumes in our Rare Book collection, ready for you to print and color. We’ve included pictures from our folklore collections and natural history encyclopedias.
