Attorney Tootsie Dennis Kline, Miss South Carolina 1959-60, recorded Hush Now, Baby, written by her friend Angela W. Williams, for the SC State Library’s Talking Book Service. Kline grew up with Williams in Moncks Corner, S.C., along with Ceille Welch, a well known playwright in Columbia, who is mentioned in the book. See the full Columbia Star article here.
