Greenville County Reads Clyde Edgerton

Greenville County Reads encourages discussion and builds community through literature. This year, the library system celebrates the literature of Clyde Edgerton with a series of programs based on his works. He is the author of ten novels, a book of advice for fathers, a memoir and numerous short stories and essays. This acclaimed southern writer has been a Guggenheim Fellow and has had five of his novels selected as New York Times Notable Books. Mr. Edgerton is a member of the Fellowship of Southern Writers and teaches creative writing at UNC Wilmington.
