This is hourly manual library work. A Library Page is responsible to the head of a branch, unit, or to a Librarian or other employee delegated to supervise the Library Page. Sorts, moves, shelves, locates and retrieves library materials to contribute to efficient and effective library service. The position may be located throughout the library in all library divisions and provides services that vary according to the assignment.

Main Circulation, Hughes Main Library
Salary:
Employee must be at least 16 years of age. No experience is required.
Schedule:
WK1: Sun. 2:00p-6:00p; and Mon., Tues., Wed., & Fri. 5:00p-9:00p.
WK2: Mon., Wed., & Fri. 5:00p-9:00p; and Sat. 9:00a-6:00p.
Knowledge of alphabetical, numerical and decimal system of arrangement. Ability to understand oral and written instructions and carry out the instructions. Must be able to read English. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to operate library equipment as assigned. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push book carts weighing over 100 pounds.
Minimum Training & Experience:
