SALARY: $82,571.71 Annually

As a key member of the library’s leadership team, the Deputy Director plays a vital role in developing and implementing innovative programs, services, and strategies that meet the evolving needs of our diverse community. This position oversees public services with a strong focus on excellence, efficiency, and accessibility, while guiding policy and operational improvements. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in Library Science and five (5) years of professional public librarian experience to include supervision with all levels of library staff, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Management in a Public Library setting preferred.
