South Carolina State Library Announces Free Fall 2013 Grants Information Classes

The South Carolina State Library is pleased to announce two fall classes that are free and open to state employees, library staff and the public.

Grants Research: Finding a Funder for Your Nonprofit Organization - This class helps nonprofit organizations locate information on grants available from private foundations and corporations using the State Library's electronic and print resources: September 27 or November 13, 9:30 a.m. - noon.

Proposal Writing Basics - This class will focus on what needs to be included in all your grant proposals: October 18 or December 4, 9:30 a.m. - noon.

Classes will be held at the South Carolina State Library, 1500 Senate Street, Columbia. To register, please visit the State Library's calendar o f events at www.statelibrary.sc.gov.
