Biography
Dianne is a Reader Advisor with the Talking Book Services and has worked at the State Library since 2004. She received a Bachelor of Media Arts (1991) and Master of Library and Information Science (2009) from the University of South Carolina. She has worked in South Carolina libraries in various capacities for over 20 years. In 2016, she completed the Associate Public Manager (APM) Program certification. She is a member of both the SC Library Association and American Library Association.
