The South Caroliniana Library on the University of South Carolina's historic Horseshoe is open. As a result of moving collections offsite to prepare for renovations, access to materials may be delayed.
Ruth Riley, assistant dean for executive affairs and director of library services, was elected president-elect of the Association of Academic Health Sciences Libraries (AAHSL) at the November meeting of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) in Chicago. AAHSL members include 158 health sciences libraries on campuses in the United States, Canada and overseas.
