What is SchoolRooms?


SchoolRooms is a fun and easy-to-use website that will help with completing your homework assignments and projects. You will also find fun games, pictures and cool facts. Come to SchoolRooms for a Google-like search with results from articles, magazines, books and websites.


How do I get to SchoolRooms?

 

To get to SchoolRooms, just go to www.scsl.schoolrooms.net .  If you are at a public school or county library, you can start exploring now! Otherwise, you can sign up at the top-right of the page to get your very own SchoolRooms User-ID.  If you need help, ask your librarian or contact us.

 Doing a paper on the Civil War? Come to SchoolRooms and search on “civil war” to get articles, books and websites about the Civil War.

 Need help with studying or research? Come to SchoolRooms and go into the High School Room to find the Study & Research area. Here you’ll find resources on setting a study schedule, study tips, college testing and how to handle different types of tests (such as multiple choice, essay, etc…).

 If you need help with a science fair project, come to SchoolRooms and do a simple search for “science fair projects”. You’ll find articles, books and websites that will help you choose and complete your project.

 Want to explore different careers? Go to SchoolRooms and select your Room (Elementary, Middle, or High) and go to the section on College and Careers. You’ll also find fun games and websites here to help you decide what kind of job you might like to have one day.
