Placing an OrderRegistered readers of the South Carolina State Library's Talking Book Services may place an order for talking, large print or Braille books, or for descriptive videos by phone, mail, fax, e-mail or via our online catalog.
Help us serve you better. When sending an order by mail, fax or e-mail, or when leaving a message, please include the following information:
Home Delivery of MaterialsThrough an appropriation to the U.S. Postal Service, books and materials are mailed as "Free Matter for the Blind and Handicapped" and may be returned to the library the same way. No postage is necessary. The loan period for recorded and large print materials is 30 days with a generous renewal policy. Patrons are encouraged to return materials on time. No late fees are imposed. Descriptive videotapes are loaned for five days. Read our loan policies. |
