Speaker @ the Center to Feature Author S. Jane Gari

Join us on Wednesday, October 14 from noon to 1:00 p.m. for Speaker @ the Center, featuring author S. Jane Gari. Losing the Dollhouse (TouchPoint Press) offers a slice of dysfunctional Americana complete with divorce, step-families, eating disorders, mental illness, and the search for true love.

Gari is a three-time Pushcart Prize Nominee and award-winning author who lives in Elgin, South Carolina with her husband and daughter.  She is a firm believer that balance brings sanity. While writing an emotional abuse book that recounts real-life family drama and betrayal, she made time to pen some light-hearted humorous works. For more information about Gari and her work, please visit sjanegari.com.

Books will be available for purchase and signing. All Speaker @ the Center programs take place at the South Carolina State Library located at 1500 Senate St., Columbia. Speaker @ the Center is FREE and open to the public.
