Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) evaluation reports should document the success of achieving performance goals and explain and describe all instances where performance goal(s) are not met. The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) uses well-written evaluations to capture the attention of Congress and make a persuasive case for continued and increased LSTA funding.
