IMPORTANT -  Applicants seeking LSTA funds must associate proposed projects with at least one of the six federal priorities as outlined in the LSTA (20 U.S.C. 9141) and at least one of the six State Goals as outlined in SC’s 2008-2012 Five-Year LSTA State Plan.  No LSTA funds may be awarded or expended for any program or project that is not applicable.
