To post a job ad, you must first register a username and password. Please allow 2 business days for postings to appear. You must log in to your account first.

Please note: The jobs form will time out. If possible, cut and paste the ad copy from another document.

Posting a job listing screencast

• Log in to the site here: http://www.statelibrary.sc.gov/Log-in/
• Once you’ve logged in, there will be a User Menu in the left sidebar of every page. Click the “Submit Job Listing” link in that User Menu.
• Copy and paste your listing into the proper fields
  • Your session will time out after 15 minutes so we recommend having your listing complete in a text file or Word doc that you can simply copy into the form fields.
  • Review the job posting guidelines below.
  • The “Member ID” field is to be left blank.
• Click the “Preview Job” button and review your listing.
• Click the “Save Job Posting” button to submit your listing for review.

The following reservations, rights, and responsibilities apply to all postings:
