2010 Edition of the South Carolina Foundation Directory Now Available

The 2010 edition of the South Carolina Foundation Directory is now available for downloading.  A print version may be available for purchase later.

The 2010 edition will be published in two parts.  Part 1 contains South Carolina foundations that will accept proposals.  Part 2 will contain all other South Carolina foundations and will be published later.

The South Carolina State Library publishes the South Carolina Foundation Directory to assist South Carolinians in their search for funds to support the programs and projects of their organizations.

Foundation Directory Online

  • Search the Foundation Directory Online database for national and local foundations that give grants to nonprofit organizations (available only on site at the SC State Library).

Foundation Grants to Individuals Online

  • Search the Foundation Grants to Individuals Online database for foundations that provide grants to individuals seeking funding in arts, education, or research projects (available only on site at the SC State Library).
Additional Information

The Foundation Center, an independent non-profit information clearinghouse, maintains its network of Cooperating Collections throughout the United States. The Foundation Center provides each Cooperating Collection with an extensive collection of information and publications for grantseeking nonprofit organizations.

The Anderson County Library, Charleston County Library, Florence County Library, Greenville County Library, Spartanburg County Library, and the South Carolina State Library are Cooperating Collections in South Carolina.
