The FY2010 application filing window (for services beginning July 1, 2010) opened at noon on Dec. 3, 2009. The filing window will be open for 71 days, closing at 11:59 pm on Feb. 11, 2010. Applicants should note that FY2010 Forms 470 can be filed before the window opens. It must be online for 28 days before the Form 471 is filed. Form 471 should not be filed before the window opens.
