South Carolina Center for the Book

Join us on August 24 at noon for this month's author talk and book signing: Champions of Civil and Human Rights in South Carolina, the first volume in a five-volume anthology. Lare introduces more than one hundred civil rights leaders from South Carolina to chronicle a massive revolution in American society.

For the third consecutive year, the South Carolina Center for the Book will participate in the Route One Reads initiative, a program under the Center for the Book in the Library of Congress.
