Laurens County Public Library Launches 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten Program

Laurens County Public Library announces the launch of their 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program. The Laurens County Public Library will partner with First Steps in Laurens County to offer this fun and exciting reading program for children ages 0-5 years.

The inaugural Tri-county Literary Celebration (TLC) and kick-off event for Berkeley Reads aims to recognize published authors residing in Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester counties, foster interest in the arts, increase the number of avid Lowcountry readers, and connect writers and readers of all ages with published authors.
