The Letters About Literature program, sponsored by the South Carolina Center for the Book and the Library of Congress, in partnership with Target Stores, is a national reading and writing promotion contest.  The submission deadline is December 6, 2008.
Scott Honored with Lucy Hampton Bostick Award

The Friends of the Richland County Public Library recognized Dr. Patrick Scott with the 2008 Lucy Hampton Bostick Award at its Annual Meeting on Sunday, September 14 for his tireless efforts to advance the interest of books and libraries.
